Policy
- Customer can cancel the order by logging into their Blizzgold.com account before the ordered product is invoiced. Cancellation is not possible once the product is invoiced
- Once the cancellation process is complete, customer will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID. The amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
- Should the customer have any queries, Blizz Jewellers’ team shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
- Blizz Jewellers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an order at any particular point of time.
- In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 1.8% will be levied and balance 98.2% will be refunded back to the source account.
